Reports indicate that Spyglass Entertainment is close to an agreement to run MGM, which is seeking prepackaged bankruptcy this fall.  Spyglass co-heads Gary Barber and Roger Birnbaum will run MGM as co-chief executives.

Constantin Films is bringing Edgar Rice Burroughs’s Tarzan back to the big screen, with Robert Kulzer and Reinhard Klooss to produce.
Unlike the Disney film, the film will be animated in CGI and, of course, in 3D.
